Q: What first drew you to music production?

Never fitting into an education system that wasn’t built for me made it hard to understand myself. Discovering the art world was a revelation of my abilities and passions. I still think of myself as a creative in a broad sense, but I’ve been searching for a more specific path to focus my energy. Design has always found its way back to me!

Q: What songs are on repeat for you right now?

Some traditional Brazilian music artists, such as Tim Maia, Rita Lee, Claudya, Jorge Ben Jor. But, I’m also listening a lot of Bad Bunny, Tyler.The Creator, Florence+The Machine, Kendrick Lamar…

Q: What are you most looking forward to in your role of A&R Consultant?

To learn more about the world of the music industry, while also using my talents. I love the idea of being able to communicate to the world the potential we see in our artists.

Q: What’s one piece of advice for emerging artists?

The same advice some gave to me: Start with anything, so that you can discover everything.

Q: Dream artist to join Kittoe Collective?

In terms of “new” artists I would say Olivia Dean, I see potential and she is thriving right now!
