Ben Kittoe

Ben Kittoe is a rising music industry professional with five years of experience across artist management, curation, radio, and live events.

His most recent management success includes The Worst Day of the Week Show, an award-winning radio program he led to over 1.5 million online views, featuring weekly artist interviews with acts such as alt-J and UB40, and partnerships with major events like Field Day Festival, Wide Awake Festival, and Ministry of Sound.

Additional experiences include Music Business certificates from Berklee College of Music, mentorships with leading Music Directors, working as a Music Curator for Groover.

As Artist Manager, Ben helps turn our artists’ visions into clear, actionable plans while supporting the day-to-day running of their businesses.

George Jobe

George Jobe is an extensively experienced producer, with over 3,000 hours of music mixing and production using Ableton Live Suite.

With a further seven years of performance experience across keyboard, bass, guitar and drums, George brings both technical expertise and musical versatility to his work. He has produced for a range of artists across diverse genres, including Ella Sales, Against the Atlas and ANGELKIDD.

On top of this, George is currently studying Music and Sound Recording at The Institute of Sound Recording (Tonmeister), having also worked as a production assistant for the Royal Albert Hall for Music for Youth.

As A&R Consultant, George oversees our artists’ creative development, nurtures their sound and provides high-quality collaborations with recording studios and external creatives.

Julia Etheridge McGuyton

Julia Etheridge McGuyton is a versatile digital creative, with a strong foundation in web design, branding, social media and marketing strategy.

With a strong proficiency across various Adobe platforms, Julia brings both technical skill and sharp visual sensibility to each of her projects. Julia has developed brand identites for a range of clients, including SYD Studios London and Liora Brazil, and has hands-on experience through roles such as a Social Media intern at Blend and as Assistant at London Design Festival.

On top of this, Julia is currently studying Digital Media and Communication at Middlesex University, where she continues to expand her expertise in content strategy and digital storytelling.

As Brand Consultant, Julia works closely with our artists to translate their creative vision into a compelling, authentic brand and ensures its consistent and effective communication across social media, websites and merchendise.

Steven Cheung

Steven Cheung is a skilled videographer and editor with a diverse portfolio spanning music videos, short-form content and street photography.

In addition to running his own photography brand, StevenCVisuals, he has worked on a variety of creative projects, including music videos for Chevez Studios, model shoots and social media content for Wide Awake Festival.

As Videographer, Steven brings our artists’ brand to life through compelling visual content, overseeing the full production of music videos, promotional material and live performance archives.

Freddie Hills

Freddie Hills is a high-achieving mathematician and economist with experience in financial organization and treasury management.

Currently studying Mathematics and Economics at University College London, Freddie brings sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to every role he takes on. He has competed at national level in various mathematics competitions, received academic awards in Economics, and currently serves as Treasurer for the UCL Climbing Society.

As our accountant, Freddie manages all financial aspects of our artists’ careers, including tracking income and expenses, budgeting for projects, and registering with Performing Rights Organisations (PROs).
